Is anxiety, grief, or past trauma beginning to affect every facet of your life? Are you feeling lonely and desperate to be understood? Maybe you are experiencing crippling physical symptoms: panic attacks, difficulty breathing, and racing thoughts. Perhaps you’re feeling the pressure from those around you to be “done” grieving, when in fact the loss you’ve experienced has changed you forever. If you are a member of the LGBTQ+ community, the influence of your identity on your personal relationships can be especially hard. No matter what you are feeling today, one thing is for sure: you’re ready for some relief.

Clients come to me looking for a caring and supportive environment where they feel safe and validated processing some of life’s most painful experiences. As your therapist, I will help guide you toward the relief you’re seeking, while also challenging you to commit to your own growth outside the therapy room and experience lasting change.

Together, we’ll work to challenge self-deprecating thoughts, develop coping skills, and gain insight into yourself and your relationship with others. As an experienced therapist working with anxiety, grief, and past trauma (to name a few), I’m equipped to guide you on this journey. Schedule a free consultation today.
